· ‘Steam64 ID’ – A 64-bit number which uniquely identifies a Steam account.

The CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) does not apply to Uncreated Network, see the requirements for more information: https://oag.ca.gov/privacy/ccpa.
Players of Unturned must accept Unturned’s end user license agreement: https://store.steampowered.com/eula/304930_eula_1 by SDG.
Discord users must accept Discord’s privacy policy:
Our servers require BattlEye be running, which also collects information. Players must accept their privacy policy: https://www.battleye.com/privacy-policy/.
Purchasing is done through Stripe and/or PayPal. Anyone making a purchase must accept the relevant privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy and https://www.paypal.com/us/legalhub/paypal/privacy-full.
According to Steam’s EULA, no Steam users should be under the age of 13. If we gain knowledge of a child under the age of 13 using our services, they will be blacklisted, and all personal data will be deleted (other than the blacklist itself, which will last at least until they turn 13).
We collect personal data for legitimate purposes to improve and moderate our services and provide information to players. Information is processed on our servers which are located in the United States. We do not directly store any sensitive information such as banking information, passwords, government IDs, full names, addresses, or emails. We may, however, redirect you to companies that do store this information such as payment portals like Stripe. Read their privacy policy for more information on how they handle your data.
If the server is sold or given away, data may be transferred to the new owner(s) under this privacy agreement, or a privacy agreement that guarantees at least the restrictions guaranteed by this agreement.
Information may be released to any law enforcement entities or to comply with legal obligations if necessary.
We collect some necessary information for the proper operation of the servers and our network. If you do not agree to this information being permanently collected, do not use our services.
IP Addresses* – We collect IP addresses to identify players and make it harder to use alternate Steam accounts when on the same internet network. We also store basic metrics about when a player logged in with an IP address. All IP addresses used to connect to the server are stored since the first time a player joins.
HWIDs* – We collect arbitrary HWIDs to identify players and make it harder to use alternate Steam accounts when on the same computer. We also store basic metrics about when a player logged in with an HWID. All HWIDs used to connect to the server are stored since the first time a player joins the server. It’s important to note that no information about the computer itself can be gained from the HWID, it’s only for identification purposes.
Steam64 ID* – Steam IDs are collected in many places and used to directly identify one player. In many cases a player’s Steam ID may be displayed to other players or administrators and may be used to identify you within the Unturned community, including other servers. Public information on a player’s steam profile may be used in some cases, including their friends list, custom URL, groups, avatar, and localization information. This is public information.
Moderation History* – A player’s moderation history details punishments derived from breaking rules in the past. While some punishments may no longer apply, they are used to inform administrators on how to punish players in the future. Evidence including photos, videos, and voice recordings of in-game activity are also stored alongside moderation history entries. This also includes kicks and bans by the BattlEye anti-cheat software. Basic moderation information including the player’s usernames, Steam64 ID, and the reason for the moderation action may be sent to public forums, websites, or Discord channels.
Voice Logs – The first time a player uses voice chat in-game they will be prompted to accept an agreement that their voice chat activity is potentially being recorded. Voice activity is not saved 24/7 and is only saved when needed for moderation purposes. In some cases, these recordings may be available in public channels, including reports.
Purchase History – It is required that we store purchase history and basic information about purchases to be able to answer any inquiries about purchases, requests to transfer services to other players, and to investigate fraudulent activities.
Server and Ticket Logs* – Servers and tickets store text logs of everything that occurred in the server and may include the player’s Steam64 ID and usernames. These are necessary for the operation of the server to complete investigations into rule-breaking offenses by any player and later refer to purchase data. This may be made visible to players in some cases.
Steam avatar – We do not store avatars, but Players’ Steam avatars are displayed by Unturned and by some of our services, queried as needed. They are considered public information from Steam profiles.
We also collect other information that provides QoL improvements for players but isn’t necessary to the operation of the network.
Usernames* – We collect players’ latest Steam name, Unturned character name, and Unturned nick name for search and display purposes and link it to their Steam64 ID. This is public information.
Discord ID* – We allow players to link their Discord and Steam accounts to auto-fill Steam IDs in tickets, allow a shortcut for checking stats and offenses, and more QoL features. This is public information.
Custom Loadouts and Service Access – Purchases made by players are stored to allow them access to their service and are linked to their Steam64 ID. We also store other QoL information related to services. This also includes information to link a purchase with a Stripe transaction.
Language Contribution – Players who have contributed translations have their Steam64 ID and username linked to the language. This is public information.
Voice Chat Recordings – Moderation violations may store voice chat records for proof.
Localization Preferences – We store preferences relating to localization, globalization, and time zone settings to internationalize players’ experiences.
Statistics and Points – Statistics and in-game points and credits for a player’s in-game performance is linked to their Steam64 ID. Players can view this information for feedback, and we may use this information to help with balancing decisions. This is public information.
Cookies – Our web services use functional cookies to allow storing data between visits, supporting features like Steam login and a cart. You can always remove or disallow cookies in your browser settings.
*In some cases, moderation history of players proven beyond a reasonable doubt to be cheating, DoSing, DDoSing, doxxing, or any other major offenses may be shared with trusted third-party entities for moderation purposes outside of Uncreated Network. This includes global ban services such as Unturned Curation Standard (more information available here: https://discord.gg/6uDT3SaXj6). Information shared may include Steam64 IDs, Discord IDs, IPs, HWIDs, usernames, moderation messages, and/or evidence.
Unless described above, sensitive information will not be shared publicly.
Players residing in a country with rights of erasure (including Europe’s GDPR) have the right to request that we erase all non-essential personal data, which includes all data in the ‘Quality of Life Information’ section. We may request reasonable proof of residency before proceeding with the request, as erasure can degrade the user-friendliness of our services. Parents or legal guardians of children under the age of 16 may request that all data including necessary data be deleted with proof that the request is coming from a parent and that they or their child owns the account. Data privacy requests can be made using the contact links at the bottom of this document.
We use many third party services, including Discord Bots, other websites, payment portals, and more.
The main ones we use are: Unturned, Stripe, PayPal, Discord, Steam, Unity, Dyno, Tickets, and Tickety discord bots, MySQL server, Azure Cloud Services, Phantom Hosting, Google Suite, and GitHub.
All usage of third-party services are subject to their privacy policies.
Regarding links posted by other users, we will do our best to moderate, but any links or redirects to third-party services are subject to their privacy policies and under your responsibility to stay safe on the internet.
This policy may change at any time and we will notify via in-game popup and a Discord announcement when changes are made.
By continuing to use our services you agree to the new updates.
